About this Role With a strong balance sheet, a growth focused Board and a new Day Respite and Allied Health Centre, this organisation is now seeking its new General Manager to steward the next phase of its evolution. Reporting directly to the supportive Board and leading a small team, this role is ideally suited to a person who enjoys both the strategic and operational aspects of leadership, whilst modelling the values of integrity and respect. Our client is confident of the unique and competitive advantage they have in their part of the community aged care sector. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a General/Operations Manager from a larger human services business to take a next career step into an autonomous leadership position with responsibility for strategy and operational service delivery. A remuneration package comprising a salary circa $160k plus motor vehicle, superannuation and nfp packaging is offered. About You We seek a proactive leader with an aged, health or community services background, capable of building respected relationships with the many stakeholders this organisation has across the community and in government. It is also envisaged that you will be comfortable working with a Board to build and deliver on strategic plans and will thrive in an operating environment where there are many opportunities for growth and change.
