About the Position Driving profitable growth across the business within all departments. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across people, processes, customers, and performance metrics. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives. Oversee daily operations and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Onboarding new starters. Overlooking the account department, implementing new systems & procedures. Oversee the sales team's performance to consistently exceed targets. Regularly review and refine KPIs to align with industry benchmarks and strategic objectives, ensuring the team meets and surpasses established goals. Support the marketing team to drive successful outcomes and achieve desired objectives. Requirements: Track record of assisting & growing sales as well as overall business growth. Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
