Job Description

• Ensure deliveries are made safely.
• Efficiently and effectively co-ordinate the delivery of product, problem solving issues as they arrive to meet targets
• Contribute to the optimal utilisation of the company fleet
• Ensure that no load ever arrives late without a phone call to the customer prior to the expected delivery time
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast delivery needs and schedule deliveries accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

• 2 years + experience within the transport industry
• Prior experience in a fleet allocator / fleet scheduler role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
