Financial Accountant | Property Portfolio
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact in a meaningful industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to ensure financial integrity and efficiency across their property portfolio.
This is a critical role responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting support, managing day-to-day financial activities, and providing key insights to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare operational budgets and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconciliations & Settlements: Manage service fees and recurrent charge reconciliations, ensuring settlements are accurate and timely.
Intercompany Management: Conduct reconciliations between Operational and Management entities.
Capex & Compliance: Track capital expenditure and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure compliance with all accounting standards.
Operational Support: Resolve financial discrepancies and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Progress toward CA or CPA accreditation (preferred).
A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance including reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
