OLSH is looking for an experience finance/admin officer to oversee the ELC/OSHC finance and admin This is a 0.2 position, with flexibility to be 2 days per week or spread over 3-4 part days Are you experienced in finance and administration? Are you able to work unsupervised? Do you have good time management? Do you have good interpersonal communication skills? We are looking for you to take on your next role! Duties include but are not limited to: Management and use of Xplor for families, staff and fee information.
Maintain accurate records in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Provide initial information to families in regards to fees, schedules and bookings.
