About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support multiple franchised service centres across the Perth Metro area. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational consistency, improving performance, and supporting store managers to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes.
You will act as the key link between franchisees and managers, ensuring Ultra Tune standards, systems, and values are upheld across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support day-to-day operations across multiple Ultra Tune franchised service centres in Perth Metro
Coach, mentor, and support centre managers
Drive consistent operational, customer service, and brand standards
Monitor KPIs including sales, labour efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction
Identify underperforming sites and implement improvement and support plans
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and Ultra Tune franchise requirements
Support staffing, training, and performance management initiatives
Manage escalated customer complaints and operational issues
Liaise closely with Ultra Tune head office and national support teams
About You
Proven experience in a multi-site operations, franchise management, or senior leadership role
Strong automotive industry background (service centres, workshops, dealerships, or similar)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Ability to analyse performance data and implement practical improvements
Highly organised, professional, and solutions-focused
Willingness to travel across the Perth area
