Signature Care is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the interior and exterior of our brand-new residence opening in Warragul in March 2025.
Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are completed and up to date. This includes hands-on work and limiting the need to engage contractors.
This role is Monday to Friday and will be supported by an experienced General Manager of Property and a Property and Procurement Officer.

Experience in building maintenance:
- Knowledge of the aged care industry (desirable)
- Thorough understanding of all legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs i.e. OH& S & Fire/Evacuation
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipment
- Willingness to contribute to after-hours maintenance requirements from time to time
- Excellent communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues
- Previous experience working autonomously
- Ability to make decisions about costs and priorities and documenting a full plan for work to be completed
