Join Our Talent Acquisition Team

Are you a service-driven, experienced 360 recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're on the lookout for someone like you to join our passionate Talent Acquisition team and take the lead on end-to-end recruitment for our Corporate Functions within our Support Office.

In this role, you'll be more than just a recruiter, you'll be a trusted talent partner. From briefing through to placement, you'll work closely with our hiring managers to deliver strategic, proactive, and inclusive recruitment solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships and champion recruitment best practices will help shape the future of our teams. With a deep commitment to growing in the Diversity & Belonging space, we're constantly learning, sharing insights, and finding new ways to improve how we connect amazing people with amazing roles and leveraging proactive sourcing tools to reach the best talent out there.

Working from our Chadstone office, in a hybrid arrangement environment with 2-3 days in the office and the rest of your week from home, you’ll be joining a warm, dynamic team who celebrate the wins and have a dedication to creating an awesome candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Be a true brand ambassador, bringing our culture and values to life through every candidate interaction and touchpoint.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring by guiding and influencing hiring managers on smart, strategic sourcing that builds balanced teams.
• Build and nurture talent pools for critical roles, with a focus on quality, candidate experience, and long-term fit.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching and upskilling them in best-practice sourcing, talent acquisition strategies, and modern assessment techniques.

About you

You’re a confident and capable recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You’ve got solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing right through to offer and you know how to juggle priorities without missing a beat. In addition:

• You’re comfortable managing a diverse portfolio of roles, from entry-level to mid-level, and if you’ve recruited across Finance or Business Sales, that’s a bonus.
• You take a collaborative, strategic approach to partnering with hiring managers; you're not just filling roles, you're building teams.
• You bring well-thought-out talent acquisition strategies to the table, backed by strong sourcing know-how.
• You’re known for your resilience, proactive mindset, and clear communication. People trust you to get things done and bring others along the journey.
• You’re savvy with tools like Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Seek Talent Search, and if you’ve used Success Factors, that’s even better but we can teach you that.
