Catch is embarking on an exciting journey of growth, as our business grows so does our team. We are now seeking aFulfilled-by-Catch (FBC) Program Managerto join our Catch team based at our HQ in Bentleigh East.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our future Fulfilled by Catch offer. You will work closely with your stakeholders in Catch, group level entities and Sellers, to define the FBC road map across multiple brands, delivering value outcomes at speed and simplifying the ease of transition process for new digital integration capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of aFBC Program Managerlook like?

Well, no two days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:
Building the Fulfilled by Catch (FBC) capabilities, paving the way for identifying and expanding digital capabilities in Catch and integrating them with Sellers through marketplace.
Being accountable for identified capability build including the Seller onboarding implementation program, leading improvements in productivity, driving successful value outcomes to increase capacity to deliver new seamless seller experience.
Integrating and supporting change management at the organizational level, building activities and strategies into Seller onboarding project delivery plan, allowing stakeholders to focus on their core deliverables
Working on business plans/proposals to accelerate initiatives and grow with business and finance partners.
Conducting data analysis to identify forward-looking growth opportunities and mitigating identified risks.
Defining a robust framework and fee structure for FBC across sellers and enterprise level 3PL.
Conducting market analysis to understand competitive price positioning of Selling through FBC.
Automating the processes to low touch and track back on milestones, and bridging the process gaps by setting up SOPs / process paths.
The skills you'll have
Minimum 5 years’ experience working within 3PL / fulfilment and e-commerce environment.
Proven track record of managing at a high scale and complex programs, and developing processes and procedures.
Proven ability to negotiate, consult and advise with customers and stakeholders; particularly in a retail/ ecommerce environment.
Process improvement/Process engineering experience.
Contract and Supplier management skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Ability to act urgently balanced with attention to detail and appropriate planning & control measures.
Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
Flexibility to travel to Fulfilment Centres and Sellers.
Project and program management background with experience in change management.
