Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Customs Broker to join our growing Melbourne/Adelaide Brokerage team. You will be responsible for ensuring shipments are cleared compliantly and efficiently through ABF, Biosecurity, and other government agencies. The position can be based in either Melbourne or Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of import consignments in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
- Build rapport with clients and maintain our reputation as a trusted advisor
- Share knowledge and experience with team members to strengthen the customs team
Qualifications
- Current valid Australian Customs Broker License
- DAFF class 19.1 and 19.2 accreditation
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail
