Large project pipeline for 2023 and beyond 
Based in Artarmon (Lower North Shore) with onsite parking 
Up to $150k salary package for relevant experience

The Company: 
Our client is a construction and project management business who have forged a strong reputation working in both the public and private sectors. They have worked with some of their clients for 10 years + and also have a network of subcontractors who they have partnered with over an extensive period. 
The Job: 
Due to growth within the business, our client wishes to appoint a senior Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for: 
Tender management, including scope of work, pricing and profitability
Procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors 
Project cashflow management and monthly variation reporting 
Working closely with Site Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget 
Mentoring more junior Contracts Administrators and other team members 
Playing a lead role in business improvement projects 
Skills & Experience Required: 
2 to 3 years + contracts administration experience within commercial construction 
Stable work history and able to show examples of leading change and process efficiency 
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications would be valued, but are not essential

Australia is a regional power, and has the world's thirteenth-highest military expenditure.
