An opportunity to be the first boots on the ground for a growing non-bank lender with global backing, focused on private credit and real estate-backed financing. Our Client continues to build an impressive reputation across Australia and they are now looking for a driven, entrepreneurial investment professional to lead the charge in NSW and QLD.

What you’ll do:

• Originate, structure, and execute direct lending deals across land banking, development finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition funding
• Build and grow a network of borrowers, developers, brokers, and CFOs
• Drive business development and brand visibility across key east coast markets
• Collaborate on credit assessments and oversee deal structuring from origination through to post-funding management
• Be instrumental in shaping the Sydney office and future team

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10+ years in corporate or commercial lending, ideally in a non-bank environment
• Strong knowledge of real estate financing and deal origination
• Deep understanding of the Australian lending landscape and regulatory environment
• Confident in assessing credit risk, structuring deals, and presenting to investment committees
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with the business
