Reporting directly to an experienced and hands-on Manager you will scope out your target market across senior and qualified accounting carving a successful desk in a 360 degree recruitment role. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with developing new business under the Randstad brand. Key Responsibilities 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk Achieve individual revenue targets and KPI's Step into warm relationships and build on them Developing relationships not only with Talent and HR teams but the business, working with CFO's, Head of Finance, Financial Controllers Establish and develop your own business and relationships Attend thorough job briefings and confidently present market updates and intelligence Sourcing and headhunting candidates through traditional channels and newer, innovative channels Consulting and coaching candidates regularly throughout the selection process What we are looking for in you You will be an experienced recruitment consultant or have experience within accounting & finance with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets.
