We at Bacardí are Fearless , have a Founder’s Mentality and are Family to the core Embark on your Next Move As the National Business Manager—Independents, based in Sydney, and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead the Off-Trade sales team, whilst being responsible for creating and executing the Independent Channel’s customer plan, ensuring strong, strategic growth partnerships with our customers. You will key Off-Trade Independent customer relationships and will ensure precision and excellence in execution. You will be responsible for driving profitable, mutual growth for both our customers, and Bacardi-Martini Australia. Responsibilities With our consumers at the heart , your key focus will be: Designing, championing, and executing the Independent Channel strategy whilst being a knowledge expert for our Independent customers. Leading a high-performing and diverse Key Account Team in building strategic, long-term relationships with key customers to drive financial impact, delivering value and growth Analysing business trends and available data to identify opportunities for revenue growth Owning your customer P&L, and finding the most cost-effective methods to achieve maximum performance and profitability Ensure commercial plans are aligned to customer strategic goals and priorities that drive sustainable growth for both Bacardi and the customers Building on our family culture you will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to ensure aligned strategies and plans that deliver against our business goals. Additionally, you will have: Proven leadership experience, with the natural ability to communicate, influence and work effectively cross-functionally A track record of performance and delivery in an account owner capacity, including experience in national account management Demonstrated enthusiasm, paired with strong planning and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confidence with presenting Strong commercial acumen, with the aptitude to think creatively, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
