You will become a trusted technology partner by understanding business goals and shaping and executing a change program that will deliver immediate as well as longer term business benefitsForge strong working relationships with Operations and Business stakeholders as well as technology teams across the world. Develop and set platform priorities, budgets and resourcing requirements.Run the platform in line with the bank’s policies and standards to ensure risks are understood, communicated and effectively managedTo be successful in this role, you will: Have significant experience in a hands on senior technology leadership role, creating and managing high-performing local and offshore teamsHave exceptional ability to influence, create alignment and effect change with multiple sets of senior stakeholdersHave outstanding delivery focus – quickly and incrementally delivering change and purposefully moving to our target stateHave strong critical thinking and problem solving ability to be able to analyze complex issues and propose pragmatic solutionsHave substantial commercial vendor management experience, including selection and negotiationBe entrepreneurial, agile with a growth mindset and a passion for learningIn addition, the following would be advantageous but are not essential: exposure to data architecture, data platforms and data analytics toolsworking knowledge of financial markets derivatives and trade lifecycleAbout the Corporate Operations Group The Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Market Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation.
