Forge strong working relationships with Operations and Business stakeholders as well as technology teams across the world. Develop and set platform priorities, budgets and resourcing requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have significant experience in a hands on senior technology leadership role, creating and managing high-performing local and offshore teams
Have exceptional ability to influence, create alignment and effect change with multiple sets of senior stakeholders
Have outstanding delivery focus – quickly and incrementally delivering change and purposefully moving to our target state
Have strong critical thinking and problem solving ability to be able to analyze complex issues and propose pragmatic solutions
Have substantial commercial vendor management experience, including selection and negotiation
Be entrepreneurial, agile with a growth mindset and a passion for learning
In addition, the following would be advantageous but are not essential:
exposure to data architecture, data platforms and data analytics tools
working knowledge of financial markets derivatives and trade lifecycle
