Finance Transformation - Manager/Senior Manager

Utilise your background in Finance, Finance Change or Transformation and join a growing team, working to deliver the Finance Strategy of our Banking and Financial Services Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, curious and enthusiastic individual, at either a Manager or Senior Manager level. A natural collaborator, you will work closely with the business on key transformation and technology initiatives, by communicating the strategic direction of the Finance function, brainstorming and refining solutions and driving outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will own transformation initiatives which impact on the Finance teams within Banking and Financial Services. This will include:

· Project management - lead projects end to end, from requirements gathering, through to design, build, testing and implementation of proposed development changes with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities and flagging issues/gaps

· Finance impact assessments – utilise your background in Finance to identify downstream impacts of key BFS initiatives on the wider Finance team and enable sign-off on changes through demonstrations & workshops

· Requirements gathering & analysis - gather and communicate Finance, Tax and Regulatory Reporting requirements for consultation with Product and Technology teams. This may also include understanding and analysing data flows for BFS products, including data flows both upstream and downstream of the General Ledger

About you

To be successful in the role, you will bring with you demonstrated experience in Finance, Finance Change or Transformation. As you will be delivering the Finance Transformation Strategy, you will be motivated to drive outcomes that will improve the day to day work of Finance teams and their stakeholders. Other skills and experience may include:

· Innovative and curious mindset with a proven record of process improvement, able to identify opportunities that deliver efficiencies and add value

· Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, who drives action

· Familiarity with Agile framework and tools used to manage workflow - JIRA and Confluence preferred
