As we bring cruising back to Australia , we have a fantastic diverse opportunity for a Commercial Planning Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team based in our Chatswood office.Reporting into the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, this rolewill see you responsible for providing regular analysis and insights across our sales and marketing programs in order to prioritise and develop high value data insights, drive efficiency and effectiveness through commercial operations.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Assemble data and produce regular reporting and insights of key Sales and Marketing metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. * Deliver to the trade sales team the business intelligence that they require to drive sales including monitoring sales results. * Work with National Sales Manager and Trade Strategy team (US based) to set sales targets and tactical incentives for trade team and facilitate reporting to help with tracking achievement. * Coordinate analysis, data investigation and trouble shooting. * Gather and share best practices examples with all stakeholders on a regular basis. * Adhere to the annual budgeting process and monthly accrual and forecasting. * Review costs and make savings where possible without detriment to revenue. * Provide support to Sales & Marketing Director, National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in developing presentations as requiredAbout you: First and foremost, you are highly team-centric and love being part of a high performing, social and fun team. The demonym for inhabitants of New South Wales is New South Welshmen.The Colony of New South Wales was founded as a British penal colony in 1788. The colony then also included the island territories of Van Diemen's Land, Lord Howe Island, and Norfolk Island. During the 19th century, most of the colony's area was detached to form separate British colonies that eventually became the various states and territories of Australia. However, the Swan River Colony was never administered as part of New South Wales. Lord Howe Island remains part of New South Wales, while Norfolk Island has become a federal territory, as have the areas now known as the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory.
