The Head of Partnerships is responsible for managing a portfolio of technology and/or consulting partners within n Cino’s ecosystem. This role leads efforts in relation to vetting and onboarding potential partners, business development and go-to-market strategies of existing partners, as well as ensuring the whole ecosystem is well-equipped to sell and deliver at scale. It requires robust cross-team collaboration across n Cino departments including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to enhance the depth and scale of our consulting and technology partnerships. Additionally, this role will act as a senior mentor and lead for the team – coaching less experienced Relationship Managers, onboarding new teammates, and providing ongoing support and advice. Externally, this role serves as the n Cino champion for our partner ecosystem and is expected to cultivate relationships, problem solve and drive growth and expansion opportunities across all facets of the partnership. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – Ecosystem Manage and own the overall relationship between n Cino and its ecosystem – both system integration and technology partners. Responsible for vetting and onboarding of new partners inclusive of creating training and enablement documentation as well as conducting formal training classes. Equally responsible for understanding the partner’s requirements and creating user and training documentation and enablement for n Cino associates on those new technologies brought into the ecosystem. Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, transfer knowledge and domain skills, and actively support onboarding and growth in teammates. Perform risk management and mitigation, with the aim of helping our ecosystem to gather requirements, design the solution, and ultimately implement and use the n Cino system. This adoption ensures our partners and n Cino achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals more reliably. Build relationships with key leaders in n Cino to understand product strategy and solution requirements to influence which partners and technology vendors n Cino welcomes into our ecosystem. Understand various project methodologies to drive best practices within our ecosystem regarding implementation plans – cost, resourcing, scope, timelines, deployment and adoption plans, etc. Drive technical partnerships to support testing and deployment needs specific to the n Cino system. Establish deep relationships with key executives at all partners across the region and drive relationship building activities between our partners and internal teams. Serve as primary escalation point and information source for both internal and partner resources providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process. Coordinate technical support of partner owned orgs, integrations, enablement activities, takes responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system trouble-shooting plans, which ensures acceptable quality and integrity of the system and its delivery. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to accurately estimate project timeframes and costs, which are established in line with n Cino project methodology and best practices. Coordinate feedback loop from partner users and configuration resources to n Cino product teams around product ideas, concerns, and challenges within the n Cino platform. Identify, investigate, and analyze n Cino’s processes, procedures, and work practices to establish collaborative ways of working with the ecosystem, fostering an improvement mindset. Collaborate with Professional Services teams to identify and assess potential gaps and inefficiencies, establishing regular review sessions with partners and customers to address these issues and promote continuous improvement in partner delivery practices. Lead partner training coordination, enablement, and certification. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of Relationship Management, Banking, Consulting or Software experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of project management with ability to demonstrate successful outcomes. Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving mindset (inquisitive) with eye on continual improvement. Flexible demeanor with strong situational adaptability. Adept at conflict resolution and ability to think through/resolve complex scenarios. Travel Position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
