T+O+M Executive are currently partnering with a highly respected organisation on a commercially focused Head of Finance role that’s all about impact, leadership, and driving performance.

• $220k - $240k including super + bonus opportunity
• Support Senior Leadership in providing commercial insights and driving strategic decisions

Key responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Deliver commercial insights that drive business results
• Partner with leaders to shape strategy and model opportunities
• Lead pricing for deals, tenders, and new business
• Improve processes and ensure internal controls compliance
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified, with 4–5 years in a revenue-focused commercial role
• Proven business partnering experience beyond Finance teams
• Strong influencing skills, earning trust and driving informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
