About the role We are seeking a Head of Fujitsu Cyber Security Services (FCSS) to lead our team. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of end-to-end cyber capabilities across the Oceania region. The Head of FCSS will be instrumental in building capabilities within a diverse team and will hold full accountability for the profitable growth of our cyber business.
This role reports into Head of Digital Acceleration Services. The role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.
Travel requirements
The Head of FCSS will be responsible for Fujitsu Oceania. This will involve travel around the Australia and New Zealand region to meet with customers and to attend company business. While travel will be kept to a minimum and the company does encourage online activity, it is expected that the Head of FCSS will be responsible for making the appropriate decisions on travel that further organisational success.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead, manage, and develop the cyber business to standardize and optimize service capabilities and operations across Oceania.
Enhance customer centricity by gaining deep insights into customer business needs to deliver high-performing solutions.
Monitor the cyber landscape to identify emerging offerings and solutions that can drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement competitive cost models to improve win rates and transparency.
Achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and operate within agreed expense budgets, ensuring overall financial performance.
Participate in major sales deal negotiations within broad policy guidelines, as required.
Manage various operations within the division, adhering to policies and guidelines set by executive management.
Transform employee capabilities and skills to enhance service competitiveness and drive growth.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to managers and senior professionals, with people management responsibilities.
Ensure high engagement levels among our team.
Drive customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
Internal and External Roles
Internal: Collaborate with sales and marketing, customer service, product development, accounts, and administration teams.
External: Engage with major suppliers, clients/customers, and industry associations. FCSS will adhere to the Fujitsu corporate values and purpose. The Head of FCSS will be responsible for ensuring that all activities align to the values and culture of Fujitsu.
Requirements and Experience
10-12 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry, with a proven track record in leading a cyber security business.
Tertiary qualifications, industry certifications, or demonstrable experience aligned with the roles requirements.
Strong administrative skills and a proven record of successful staff management.
Proven senior-level management experience; must be an effective manager by exception.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Current or reinstatable AGSVA Security NV1 Clearance is desirable.
