Overview As Head of Channel Growth your responsibility is to use your extensive knowledge and experience to provide leadership of a high performing team to support and drive revenue. You will gain an understanding of the long-term objectives for Brighte and work to ensure that Brighte has the right tools, people and culture to deliver effectively against these objectives. You'll have strong relationship building skills to enable successful cross-collaboration in providing direction on key pieces of work across the business. About the role This role has wide range of strategic and operational tasks aimed at driving sales growth and market presence for Brighte. - Strategic planning and development – you'll create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and ensure adaptation of strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs. - Market research - identify opportunities and develop and manage sales and marketing budgets while staying informed on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing. - Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing teams, identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance team skills and performance while promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Set, monitor and achieve sales targets as you oversee the sales process – from lead generation to closing deals, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Marketing management including brand management, campaign management and oversight of content creation. - Establish KPI’s for sales and marketing activities and track progress against goals. - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to senior management using data analytics to tell a story and to inform strategic decisions, while optimising sales and marketing efforts. - You'll be working closely with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
