ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Scape Finance Team. As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will process rent for our residents, manage the process for bonds, and contribute to improving the reporting and internal control processes. This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week. THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be detail-oriented with the ability to perform the following tasks: Familiar with general ledger systems; experience with Net Suite is desirable but not compulsory. Previous experience with a room booking system such as PEX or Star Rez is advantageous. Familiar with the bond lodgement process is desirable. High level of proficiency in MS Excel. Medium level of proficiency in other MS Office products – Word, Power Point, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills; all official communication is in English. Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized. A self-starter and solutions-focused. Confident in questioning if something does not look right. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and rectify problems in data collection. Dependable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
