The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the HR team in driving true business partnering throughout the business, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and acting as a change agent.
The Human Resources Business Partner will develop strong working relationships with employees, managers and executives in order to drive business results through effective people management and HR business partnering of Directorates. This role will include coaching line leaders and providing specialist advice on a range of HR matters including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, employment relations, performance management, organisational development initiatives, grievance and complaint management and conducting investigations.
This position is offered on a 18 month fixed term contract.
