Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Adelaide Parts team as a Sales Representative for our Donaldson product group. Based out of our Cavan branch, this role will have you delivering a high level of support to customers in the region by acting as the key point of contact for their parts requirements.

• Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory
• Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter reseller network
• Undertake negotiations with Resellers/Customers regarding the renewal of their filtration reseller or supply agreements
• Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that all customer queries and requirements are attended to promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service

• Demonstrated sales/customer service experience and success
• Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred
• Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Previous experience with the use of CRM
• A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• A current driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently
