About the Role: As our Senior Financial Accountant, you will be a vital part of our finance team, providing high-level accounting services, supervision, and support. Working closely with an experienced Financial Controller and CFO, you’ll be part of a high-performing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled accountant with strong attention to detail who wants to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to our continued success. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and reviewing monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the group. Assisting in creating financial presentations for monthly management meetings with directors and the leadership team. Preparing statutory financial statements for all entities and support financial reporting Liaising with external auditors during audits for the group and any individual entities as required. Supporting taxation matters across Australia and New Zealand. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role or the potential to step up to this level Proven expertise in finance and accounting functions, including tax, compliance, and audit A proactive mindset with drive, determination, and a willingness to take initiative What’s On Offer: Experience a professional and supportive work environment, complete with end-of-trip facilities and flexible work arrangements (including up to two days work from home).
