Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Analyse financial data for trends and insights

• Create management reports with variance analysis and KPIs

• Forecast financial performance based on market trends

• Monitor budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

• Implement and maintain internal controls

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Coordinate with external auditors

• Lead and mentor junior finance staff

• Delegate tasks and ensure team efficiency

• Participate in strategic planning

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new financial systems and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA or equivalent professional designation, preferred

• 5 years experience in accounting and financial management roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Leadership abilities to manage and develop other team members
