We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Development Finance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the property development sector and a proven track record in sourcing and securing financing for property development projects.

As a Property Development Finance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients secure the funding they need to bring their property development visions to life. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and structuring development finance deals for clients in the property development sector.
2. Advising clients on financing options and guiding them through the loan application process.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, investors, and developers.
4. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through networking and industry connections.
5. Ensuring clients receive the best possible financial products for their development needs.
6. Managing the deal process from initial consultation through to loan drawdown.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in property development finance or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of the property development process, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proven ability to build relationships with clients and lenders.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
6. A results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
