The rolee Health Queensland is seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Project Director to lead the Technical Delivery, Service Integration, Architecture, Change and Adoption, and Financial Operational Stream towards achieving project success. The role entails driving development of critical capability aimed at establishing and delivering a new Cloud Platform in collaboration with key stakeholders. The project addresses the increasing demand for cloud capability within Queensland Health and aims to provide optimised and scalable cloud services to enhance customer outcomes.

Strong leadership qualities, adeptness in project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and Agile, and the ability to cultivate a supportive team environment are essential for this role.

High level project management skills, with the ability to achieve successful project outcomes (SFIA code: METL 5)
High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment (NHS: Effective and Strategic Influencing)
Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor multiple multi-disciplinary project teams (NHS: Leading Change Through People)
Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (SFIA code: RLMT 5)
High level knowledge and application of project management methodologies (Prince 2) (SFIA code: METL 5)
