Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines. Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication Follow personalised support and health plans Provide companionship and emotional support Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs Report concerns and changes in condition promptly About You Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field Experience working in in-home care Strong communication and boundary setting NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle If you’re passionate about making a real difference and ready to build a rewarding career, apply now and help us empower individuals to live with freedom and choice.
