We are seeking an innovative Head of Financial Analysis and Strategy to lead our financial analysis function and shape long-term financial strategies that complement our mission and growth objectives. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and performance management, while driving strategic insights to support sustainable financial success for our Child Care Services. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial data and reports. Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide strategic decision-making and performance enhancement. Strategic Support and Implementation: Monitor and support business strategy implementation. Align financial strategies with organisational goals and the childcare industry's needs, promoting financial sustainability and cost efficiency. Invoicing and Property Management: Oversee the invoicing process and manage property maintenance functions to ensure operational excellence and cost-effective management. Data Utilisation and Performance Management: Leverage diverse data sources to reveal key business metrics, driving strategic conversations and performance improvements. Accountability and Team Performance: Develop and execute targeted financial strategies to ensure team alignment with financial goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and support the financial analysis team, build strong internal and external relationships, and collaborate across departments to achieve organisational objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial management. Proven track record in managing invoicing and property maintenance functions. Strong expertise in financial software and data analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
