Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Head of Asset Knowledge and Performance to join our Integrated Solutions team. The Integrated Solutions Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose and vision, and enhances the liveability of our communities through safeguarding financial and economic sustainability of the business, planning to meet the needs of our customers and management of the long-term water cycle and our environmental responsibilities. As a Senior Leader, will be responsible for providing enterprise leadership of our water and sewer asset performance and asset information and stewardship of the data to ensure its accuracy, integrity, usability and compliance with our regulatory obligations to assist the business to understand measures of success. Your responsibilities will include: Participate in the development of corporate strategy for Urban Utilities, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the strategy and contributing creative ideas and insights to support the strategy formation process. Provide enterprise leadership of the Asset Management System and work with the management systems custodian to develop content for Urban Utilities asset management framework inline with ISO5500. Communicate the Shape, Create, Design strategy and implementation plan; manage change and resilience to ensure strategic objectives are achieved. Build capabilities elsewhere in Urban Utilities through mentoring and other informal methods. Lead the detailed design, and manage the delivery of, projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects and use structured change management methodologies to drive acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviours. About you: Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution, complemented by significant relevant industry knowledge and experience. Extensive experience in the water industry, providing expert competence in water asset lifecycle management through asset data intelligence and recommendations Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving performance, providing guidance, and fostering talent development. Have an enterprise wide leadership approach, collaborating with Senior Leaders and Executives to enable us to deliver on our strategic aspirations.
