RPS is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial and commercial insights that drive performance across major infrastructure and development projects.

The opportunity

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Join a highly achieving, collaborative finance team known for performance and impact.
• Step into a highly visible role that contributes directly to business strategy and growth.
• Collaborate with divisional executives and general managers, providing financial and commercial support that informs critical business decisions.
• Deliver financial analysis and commentary for weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
• Contribute to pricing and commercial strategy for tenders and project bids.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Drive process improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Mentor and manage Business Analysts and support team development.
• Be part of a global company with access to international expertise and professional growth pathways.

What you'll bring

• CPA or CA qualification.
• At least 3 years' experience in a commercial or finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong business modelling capabilities.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate financial data for operational teams.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building strengths.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Experience with project accounting or tender pricing (not essential).
