We are exclusively partnering with a fantastic organisation to appoint an experienced CFO. With the current CFO departing imminently, we are seeking a strategic leader to step in quickly, drive financial performance, and lead a high-performing finance team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position overseeing financial strategy, governance, and performance in a complex property development and investment environment. You will manage multi-year projects, funds management, and joint ventures while optimising capital, risk, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take immediate ownership of financial leadership, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Develop and execute financial strategies for multi-year property developments.
- Oversee forecasting, risk management, reporting, and audit compliance.
- Manage debt and equity financing, investor relations, and banking partnerships.
- Optimise funds management structures and capital allocation.
- Lead financial aspects of joint ventures, ensuring strong governance and performance.
- Improve processes, streamline reporting, and enhance financial efficiencies.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, driving accountability and high performance.
Who We're Looking For
A seasoned CFO with a proven track record in property, investment, funds management, and joint ventures. Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
