Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Services Manager to lead our hospital administration team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will ensure efficient and effective administration practices, delivering an industry-leading patient experience. This role will see you responsible for a team of 40 admin staff across the hospital and you will support and develop team performance across key domains including people and safety, financial management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Lead and maintain exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction. Ensure prompt and professional assistance to patients, families, VMOs, staff, third-party providers, and visitors. Maintain efficient hospital administration workflows in line with best practices, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy. Implement quality improvement frameworks and support accreditation processes. Create a high-performing Administration Department through visible leadership, coaching, and training. Operational Efficiency: Deliver commercial outcomes by leveraging data to manage and improve hospital administration performance. Implement operational excellence practices within the hospital. Build and maintain positive working relationships with VMO partners. Champion and practice the company’s values. Create a safe and healthy workplace. Engage in workforce planning and ensure adherence to Work Safety and Health & Wellbeing practices. Qualifications: Mandatory: Diploma level qualification in Front-line Management, Business Management, or a related discipline (or working towards the same). Desirable: Bachelor level qualification in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related discipline (or working towards the same).
