The Opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified HV Electrician to join our team as a Product Support Advisor. This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company. Working an 8/6 roster from the Goldfields, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet while keeping an impeccable safety record.

• Organising and providing feedback on any reliability related issues or concerns regarding the large fleet of Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) mining equipment onsite.
• Providing assistance to Service Personnel and Parts and Service Advisors as required, helping with parts and technical concerns.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with the customer to address any shortcomings.
• Escalate all issues to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication and good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
• Ensure that all interactions with internal and external customers and stakeholders are professional and courteous, promoting Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.

• Relevant HV trade qualifications.
• A desire for the next step in your HV career.
• Previous experience in a leadership role with frontline operational experience (Desirable).
• Working knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight timeframes.
• Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment (highly regarded).
• Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
