You will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, working with the Adecco local branches and Management team to expand our presence across WA and SA.

Description Building a pipeline of leads by identifying, researching and generating new target prospects Strategically prospecting key client contacts Working with the Adecco local branches and Management team to expand our presence across WA and SA.

Presenting and negotiating Terms of Business and Quotes Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges.

Presenting and negotiating Terms of Business and Quotes Recording accurate information of your interaction within the CRM.

Profile With proven experience in a Sales Development type role and working with clients or customers across a diverse range of industries you will be able to demonstrate: Experience within Recruitment or in building new and enhancing business opportunities and relationships.

Commercial acumen in many areas ensuring business success and profitability.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
