MARS are proudly partnering with a well-established and high performing organisation that's looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in a newly created role. Reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, driving business performance, and influencing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance advisor to senior executives, working closely with them to optimise financial performance and support key business decisions. Build strong relationships across departments to drive financial accountability and efficiency.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
3. Performance Analysis & Insights: Deliver meaningful financial insights and reporting to senior stakeholders, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance decision-making.
4. Financial Modelling & Data Analytics: Leverage tools like Power BI, Excel, and Adaptive Planning to develop financial models that support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and business cases.
5. Cost Management & Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying areas for cost optimisation and supporting process improvements across finance and operations.
6. Monthly & Management Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports, assisting leaders in understanding financial performance, tracking KPIs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
7. Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the executive team to align financial planning with long-term organisational goals, supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence.

About You:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree and CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Adaptive Planning, or similar).
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance leaders.
