  • Budget and Cash Flow Management: Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow schedules, and quarterly updates of borrowing cost forecasts, using budget data from the Budget and Reporting section.
  • Treasury Management System: Help manage the Treasury Management System (Visual Risk), ensuring the accurate and timely recording of investment, loan, foreign currency, and derivative data.
  • Banking Relationships: Maintain and manage the relationship with our corporate banker, ensuring all working capital requirements and banking arrangements align with the business’s needs. Oversee the list of authorised users of the Transactive system.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Take responsibility for preparing Board papers related to distributions, compliance certificates, and refinancings. Lead and manage the refinancing process, ensuring all debt facility compliance procedures are met.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with facility agents or lead agents to implement initiatives, answer financier queries, and provide necessary documentation.
  • Forecasting & Credit Ratings: Help ensure the accuracy of corporate model forecasts by reviewing and analysing data, while leading the credit ratings evaluation process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Economics with an Accounting major.
  • Certifications: Chartered Accountant and eligibility for membership with the Finance and Treasury Association.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in treasury-related roles, ideally within a project finance environment.
