About the Role Looking for an immediate start.

This 3 to 6 month role (potential for extension) is key to the success in the execution of several technical & Asset Projects.

This role is potentially full time remote from anywhere in Australia.

We are seeking applications for the role of Project Info Management Specialist - Technical & Asset Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and will provide the successful applicant with exposure to a suite of multidisciplinary Projects.

About the Role Contributes to the management of engineering information, document control and drafting activities Accountabilities Uses, stores, classifies, assesses and processes data/metadata in alignment with standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity and governance.

Applies an understanding of business terminology, key operational processes and key business activities within and between functional areas (e.g.

finance, supply, procurement, work management).

Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.

Manages new and existing sets of master data, runs and cleanses reports to remove errors and improve the quality of master data Sources information, plans and conducts analyses to support evidence based decision making.

Skills and Experience 5+ years experience in a similar role & industry Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded.

Expert user in one or more electronic document management systems (Aconex mandatory) Computer literacy Microsoft Office / Adobe / Smart Plant suite Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders.

Attention to detail and demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.

Experience working with other IMS is highly desirable (Smartplant, SAP).
