The Opportunity
Min Res are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to become part of our dynamic team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. With permanent, full‑time positions available at our owner‑operated iron ore and lithium sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara, as well as Client projects, you’ll play an integral role in close‑knit teams where safety and camaraderie are paramount.

What is required?
Demonstrated commitment to safety
Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
Minimum 12 months Production Mining experience
785 Dump Trucks or larger (Electric Dump Truck experience advantageous)
16 M, 18 M Grader or larger
D10 / D11 Dozer
992 Loader or larger
Hitachi 3600 Excavator or equivalent
