Essential Experience & Skills:
2+ years leading high‑performance sales teams
Proven success in managing outbound sales teams
Results‑driven, with a passion for exceeding targets
Strong coaching and development skills
Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
