Due to continuous growth, they have an opportunity for a Senior Account Director/Senior Sales Director to join their high performing sales team in Melbourne who are on a growth trajectory.

Role Overview The core purpose of the role will revolve around cultivating, acquiring and fostering existing and new relationships with key enterprise clients and with a focus on promotion of their products across industry verticals including banking and financial services and other duties will include but will not be limited to; Managing existing key client accounts and supporting with relevant queries where required Identifying business development opportunities and participate in networking events and utilise their own channels as well as the company to highlight key potential clients and partnerships Deliver knowledge on a wide product suite to current and prospective clients and businesses Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen to drive key strategies and have a growth mindset Skills and Experience Essential to have 10+ years' experience within a sales or accounts in a similar startup environment with a proven track record with software/tech sales within the financial institutions Previous background in investment banking, consulting or financial services Strong capabilities with dealing with sophisticated stakeholders and C-level clients Enterprise sales experience and exposure to working within 12 month sales cycles is highly desirable Relevant undergraduate qualifications What's on Offer The opportunity to work directly with the founders of a fast growing startup and ability to have equity in the company also.
