Game to join us?What you’ll do: This crucial parental leave, 6-month fixed term contract is to safeguard Tabcorp's reputation as a leader in the entertainment and gaming industry. This role ensures Tabcorp is both operationally effective & efficient in our governance frameworks and compliance strategies and that we adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards. During your tenure you will be leading our team, whilst spearheading the uplift of our Enterprise Risk control framework. What you’ll bring: A background in the Design & Implementation of Governance and Compliance Frameworks: To create and maintain governance structures, policies, and a compliance program aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards. Audits and Risk Assessment excellence: Performing audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and ensure effective risk management. Leadership: Act as the main point of contact, collaborate with senior management, and lead a team to deliver risk initiatives and maintain systems & processes. Business Compliance expertise: Help the business understand and meet compliance obligations, develop controls, and manage key operational risks, including maintaining necessary records and registers.
