You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Doorways Services such as financial emergency relief and managing Doorways volunteer workforce on site and collaborating with other programs on site.

Responsibilities include Work collaboratively with Corps Officers, Volunteers, and other co-located Mission Leaders to deliver Doorways at the local site Reduce high conflict situations through the use of de-escalation / crisis communication skills  Ensure best practice food storage and health and safety is embedded at the site, reflecting the Doorways Model of Care Responsible for day-to-day operations and activities of volunteers in Doorways Build capacity of Doorways volunteers ensuring they are working in accordance with the Doorways Model of Care and support with induction and training as required Ensure all administrative processes related to volunteer team are completed and up to date, including compliance requirements?This is a permanent part-time position, 22.8 hours per week, based in Melbourne Project 614, VIC.
