What this opportunity involves:

As the Facilities Coordinator, you’ll assist with the facilities operations of all sites within the portfolio within a client account, based in Hawthorn, Melbourne. Oversee site operations and engage various stakeholders through the remote facility management 4 sites across Australia/New Zealand.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Manage multiple sites remotely, ensuring workplace upkeep, compliance, and KPI achievement
  • Maintain excellent reporting standards and follow key operational procedures
  • Handle client relationships, including communication, feedback collection, and complaint resolution
  • Oversee vendor selection, monitoring, and performance evaluation
  • Manage facility budgets, assist with accounting procedures, and drive cost savings
  • Monitor facilities, schedule maintenance, and handle emergencies following established procedures

  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.
  • Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Has a basic understanding of Facilities services (soft or hard services).
