Are you a finance professional eager to impact your community? A respected employer in Melbourne's Northern suburbs seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies with senior management.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support grant management and financial tracking.
• Develop financial policies and procedures.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or CA preferred.
• Extensive experience advising non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a large business or Not-for-Profit.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
