Short description Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, in this role you’ll provide visionary leadership to the team that develops innovative and cutting-edge products across Food, Music, Events, Premium Experiences, Retail and Licensing. You will be responsible for delivering commercial outcomes for Tennis Australia as well as growing and engaging with key consumer segments for TA’s events, primarily the Australian Open and United Cup. We are now looking for a dynamic Director of Product & Premium Experience to lead the next evolution of consumer experience. In this role you will: Provide creative vision and long term strategy to ensure the AO and United Cup are world leaders in consumer experience Collaborate across TA business units to deliver innovative products to engage key consumer segments Optimise facilities, infrastructure, and precinct for commercial and strategic outcomes Manage financial modeling and outcomes for all products including P&L management, costs and revenue Operate with strategic and thought leadership that is critical to the long-term growth of the business Foster a high performing culture that enables your team to grow and thrive About you You’re a strategic leader with a naturally innovative and disruptive approach that aligns with our passion to lead rather than follow in what we create. You will have a passion for consumer experience/fan engagement and the capacity to design various integrated experiences, whilst ensuring we are delivering on commercial targets.
