What you'll do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, providing exceptional support and solutions.

Handle incoming customer queries related to accounts and other banking matters Maintain customer files ensuring thorough contact notes are made in the administrative interface Uphold the highest customer service standards regardless of context Manage general administrative matters relevant to the position and team as required Perform basic manual or technical duties Answer enquiries using a general knowledge of the services provided What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Specialist role brings along a unique set of skills.

You are quick to learn and adapt, thriving in regulated environments like insurance or finance.
