Position

As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute the company’s strategic growth agenda. This is more than a finance role — it's an opportunity to influence at the highest level, challenge the status quo, and help build the business of the future.

• Provide strategic and commercial support to the CEO, Managing Director, and senior leadership team.
• Drive initiatives to improve utilisation, working capital efficiency, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Lead financial forecasting, cash flow planning, and investment modelling.
• Oversee and enhance reporting frameworks and deliver insights that inform business-critical decisions.
• Lead the development and execution of the long-term IT and ERP strategy.
• Champion process improvements and systems optimisation across finance and operations.
• Support growth through both organic development and M&A activities.

Profile

Ideally CA/CPA qualified with a track record of success in senior finance leadership roles. Demonstrated commercial acumen and a passion for growth-focused strategy with proven experience influencing executive teams and leading critical conversations.

A self-starter with strong leadership skills, high energy, and a bias for action. You will be a visible and engaging leader who inspires confidence across the broader organisation.

Experience with ERP systems and IT transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
